NOTE: OUR
RATES STAY THE SAME YEAR-ROUND These rates include 2 adults and 2 children. More than 4 per
site will be charged $5 per person/per day ages 5 and up. Due to the rise in
utility costs this will be STRICTLY ENFORCED!.
All visitors must STOP at front office. NOTE:
Water will be shut off to sites December-February or longer as weather
warrants; however, water will still be available if needed on both sides main
building. GOOD SAM PARK RATINGS: FACILITY: 9- RESTROOM: 10- APPEAL: 10 *Valid Good Sam Park Membership Discount Accepted* If you are a Good Sam Park Member please be sure
to mention this when making reservations and you MUST present unexpired card

HOLIDAY AND EVENT WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED TO BE PAID IN FULL/CANCELLED 1 MONTH

Two
(2) night minimum stay is required for Swiss Wine Festival Weekend and Halloween
Weekend. �
Three
(3) night minimum stay is required for Memorial Day, 4th of July,
and Labor Day holiday weekends.
. For NON-HOLIDAY WEEKENDS, a deposit in the amount of 1st night's stay IS required upon reservation. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the arrival date; guest
will receive a REFUND LESS a $10.00 service fee. If the cancellation is made
less than 2 weeks from the arrival date a RAIN CHECK is issued for a future
visit with reservations required.- EXCEPT:
Holiday & Event weekend cancellations less than 1 month notice, NO refund
